We're proud of what we do at JET, but of course, from time to time, our solutions might need that gentle nudge to get them back on track.
We operate a 9.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday client support contact period. We can be contacted primarily by email or by telephone and will respond usually within minutes. Our support@jet.ie address is checked throughout the day, even beyond business hours, so if you are having an issue then please email us a detailed report of the problem, giving error messages where possible and contact details so we can let you know when the issue is resolved.
